Ordú compromises full suite of Digital Ordering tools for your any restaurant. The client wanted a customer experience that they could can control. Along with getting all the benefits of a dedicated food online ordering system at a cost-effective price.
A requirement for Ordú was to handle critical situations in the online ordering process for their clients business’, allowing staff to do their job, in the best way possible.
Services
Needs Analysis
The Armour Team interviewed stakeholders and business owners in order to get a good understanding of the needs required. Following from this we also incorporated wire-framing and usability testing into the Needs Analysis process.
The Aim
The Ordú Team wanted their clients customers to have a smooth experience so they could easily navigate through the order process, all the way from selecting their items, to extras, to payment.

The UX
Based on this knowledge, Armour developed low fidelity wireframes for the app and websites. These wireframes went through several iterations until the final design was assembled and a prototype was made. Armour tested this prototype with several typical users and refined the design based on their feedback.

The Solution
We put the users at the heart of the system. We put a lot of effort into making the ordering process as streamlined and as simple as possible. Ordú also meets the business needs and has been developed to allow the integration of data into existing EPOS till systems thereby providing the tools for management to monitor performances, establish monthly reporting and proactively manage digital performances.
