Our Approach for Walsh Waste
Walsh Waste, one of our long-standing clients, fully engaged with us in the needs analysis phase of the project. We carried out quantitative research into what was performing well on their previous site, and analysis into areas that could be improved to increase sales and user experience. New ways of reaching different users needs were thought out and explored at wire-frame stage, with emphasis on entry points, navigation and expected CTA’s.
Wireframe Design
Wireframes were worked through in iterations until both our client and Armour were confident with the structure. Among some things that were considered were the navigation, sections to be included from a user and business point of view, and the versatility of these sections with regards to amount and type of content.

The site design and technical solution delivered by Armour combined advance service booking and streamlined lead funnels built upon the Shopify eCommerce Platform.
The Results
The resulting site has delivered on KPI’s, exceeded sales expectations and opened up other revenue potential. It is a custom designed store built on the Shopify platform. This approach has both the advantage of being designed specifically for Walsh Waste domestic and commercial users, while also benefiting from Shopify’s strengths in handling payments and store management. The fresh site design reflects the brand core values, which makes Walsh Waste distinct to users and stand above their competitors.
