Product Road Mapping
As part of a Software Requirement Specification we Road Map out the product into phases. Some of these phases might be part of the initial deliverables, while others might be future phases, post-launch. These future plans are discussed and planned for, during the Technical Needs and the Business Needs Analysis. This road map is vital to the future success of the product. It is significantly easier and cheaper to design adaptability for future requirements then to retrofit post-launch.
