Technical Needs
During the Needs Analysis stage of a project, our development team gather all the necessary information to get a high-level understanding of your company’s Technical Needs. We will determine the necessary steps in the process and review any supplied documentation, such as; conducting an analysis of legacy platforms or running a technical workshop to understand the functional requirements of a proposed new product. We will also review any available API documentation for future integrations.
Needs Analysis – Technical Documentation
As a deliverable of the Needs Analysis, we create a technical document that outlines our understanding of the high-level technical requirements and outlines modules to be built. We identify the time & cost requirements of the detailed System Requirements Specification (SRS). We can also calculate the potential costs of the approximation of full product production.
